A New Community Facility coming soon to Dane Bank Green Space
We’re excited to announce that Dane Bank Green Space will be hosting a special community event in late March 2026 to enhance and celebrate our local green space.
As part of this project, we will be:
Creating a new Community Orchard
Featuring eight fruit trees and an accessible footpath, the orchard will be a welcoming space for residents to enjoy year-round. The orchard will grow with our community, offering blossom in spring, shade in summer and fruit in the years ahead.
Planting 10 Memorial Trees & Three Standard Roses
Thanks to the generosity of local residents, we will also be planting ten semi mature memorial trees and three standard roses, each sponsored in tribute to loved ones. These trees will form a lasting, living legacy within Dane Bank Green Space.
This event marks a major step forward in our ongoing vision to create a greener, more biodiverse and more connected space for everyone in the community.
